Dataprius Premium accounts have Office Online Edition.
It allows the editing of Excel, Word, Power Point files without having to download it, and even concurrently by several people at the same time.
In the style of Google Docs or Microsoft Office 365.
The online editing we use is through Onlyoffice and is integrated into our Dataprius system, both from the desktop application and from the web access.
Files are opened and saved in the cloud, while maintaining the source format (docx, xlsx, etc).
In just two clicks, simply select a file and click on the Online Edit button in the right-hand panel.

The Dataprius system allows shared editing of files simultaneously. This is one of the great advantages for the company to use Dataprius beyond mere cloud storage.
The application shows us which colleagues are connected, and which of them are simultaneously working on the file we have opened. We can easily invite these colleagues to edit the file.
In addition, file editing can also be done online from the web, with any modern browser.
