No conflicted copies, no data overwriting

Do not waste time in conflicts resolution

Dataprius does not produce conflicted copies of files.

Conflicted copies of files are a typical problem in other cloud storage systems.

The Dataprius dynamics is different.

The platform correspond to those of corporate networks that operate differently from conventional and consumer cloud storage.

No-conflict file editing

Dataprius is a centralized system designed for companies, and large user volumes connected at the same time.
400 users can be easily connected without file conflicts, working with optimal performance.

Dataprius dynamics are different from other cloud storage services: Virtual Disks that produce file conflicts. The problems in these systems multiply as the number of users increases.

Virtual disks base their activity on synchronization. In the end this means that they keep local copies of files for each user in multiple places.
The chances of conflicted files and virus infections increase with the creation of more copies.

Conflict avoidance lock mechanism

A lock mechanism is available to avoid conflicts with a file. Two users cannot edit the same document at the same time. This always applies in direct editing (concurrent online editing is available).

The system monitors in real time whether peers are keeping files open or modifying them.

If a colleague is using the file, then when double clicking to open it, the system will indicate that it is in use.

We will be able to open the file, but only for Read, no modifications are allowed. We can notify the associate to release the file.

Real-time collaborative editing with several users

The way to avoid the blocking dynamic and to edit a document by several users at the same time is called Online Editing.

Dataprius includes editors for Office documents: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Documents for Online Editing can be opened from the desktop application and from the web. If you want to do concurrent editing, all you have to do is invite your colleagues and have them open the same file.
